Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
The holding company, F.S. Cargo Group believes in the application of high technology to forwarding. With documentation fully computerised and with the members of the Group electronically linked, consignments are tracked and customised reports and documents produced and transmitted promptly.
F.S. Cargo Group has installed terminals in the offices of clients requiring up-to-the minute information on the status of their consignments. Clients utilise these terminals to faciliate direct access to the Group's tracking database.
Agency Co-operation
Please note our agency co-operation is subjected to the following:
1. Non-exclusive Co-operation
Represent each other on a neutral and non-exclusive basis in all matters pertaining
to the business of international air, ocean freight, sea/air combined services
and customs broker etc.
2. Sales Activity
Following up sales lead at both side.
Any sales lead should be respond within 48 hours.
3. Mutual Benefit
a) Free-hand cargo --- No profit share
We propose free handling for all your inbound shipments consign to our care in Japan.
b) Joint Sales & Nomination Cargo --- 50/50 profit share
Profits generated by mutual efforts, such as nominations (Routing Order) or
successful follow up of sales leads, will be shared between the
parties on an even 50/50 basis.
c) Consolidation cargos incentive is available as market situation.
4. Account Settlement
Monthly settlement basis.
Monthly statement will be provided before 15th of each month for all the accounts of the preceding months,
both ocean and air frieght shipments, which to confirmed before the 25th. Payment has to be made before
the end of the current month. Immediate remittance on ad hoc basis is required in case large amount of
freight collect charge are involved in one single big shipment.

Exhibition Cargoes Handling
We specialize in handling of exhibition cargoes for trade fairs in mainland China. Our work
starts as soon as an exhibitor has confirmed their participation of exhibition concerned
customs clearance and placing of exhibits on booth and then finishes until the exhibits are
returned or delivered to the ultimate buyer after the exhibitions.
Experienced staffs personnel will have to go to the exhibitions before, during and after the
exhibition so as to ensure all the on-site work are dealt with in the best possible way.
